1. Purpose Participant agrees to create and submit a video of them decorating cookies using Company’s cookie cutters.

2. Grant of Rights By submitting the video, Participant grants Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the video, in any media format, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes.

3. Ownership & Revenue All rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted video become the exclusive property of the Company upon submission. Any revenue (including ad revenue, sponsorship's, or other monetization) generated from the video belongs solely to the Company. No revenue sharing will be provided to the Participant.

4. Compensation

• As full and complete compensation, Participant will receive a gift card for use at Company’s store in the amount of $10 per approved design/video.

• Compensation is provided only for submissions that are approved by the Company. Submitting a video does not guarantee approval or compensation.

• Only approved submissions will be used by the Company.

5. Attribution When the video is used on social media platforms, Company agrees to tag Participant’s business or social media account (as provided by Participant) in the post caption or video description, where platform functionality allows.

6. Representations & Warranties Participant represents and warrants that:

• The video is their original work.

• The video does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

• Any individuals appearing in the video have given their consent to be filmed and for their likeness to be used by the Company.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province/State of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement This document contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.
